Most orders go on the printer the same day and ship within 1–3 business days. Team or bulk orders take longer, and we’ll tell you before you pay. We quote how fast we print, not a delivery date — once it’s with USPS, the tracking number tells the rest of the story.

Almost. The limit is the font, not us: a wide display font holds about six characters at a readable size, a narrow one holds fourteen or more. If a name won’t fit at a thickness that survives a backpack, the store will say so before you check out rather than shipping something fragile.

PLA plastic. It’s tough, light and holds color well. It is not dishwasher-safe and it does not like a hot car — see care, below.

Wipe with a damp cloth. Keep it out of a closed car in a Louisiana summer; PLA softens in sustained heat. No dishwasher, no boiling water.

Non-personalized items can come back within 30 days. An item printed with a specific name can’t be resold, so those are only refunded if they arrive damaged or we printed it wrong — and if we got it wrong, we reprint it.
